  • Do you take insurance?

    We are out of network with all insurance companies, so payment for services is due at time of service.


    ​If you have out-of-network (dietitian or specialist) benefits, you may be eligible for potential/partial reimbursement, in which case we will provide a “superbill” with the necessary billing and diagnosis codes. You would then be responsible for mailing in the superbill and any reimbursement would be sent directly to you.

  • Do you accept HSA/FSA funds?

    Yes! Many HSA/FSA plans allow funds to be used towards visits, labs, and supplements.

  • What ages do you work with?

    Carolina Functional Nutrition is a family wellness practice. We see adults and children.

  • How many sessions/visits will I need?

    We offer both online/group programs as well as 1:1 coaching programs offering 4-6 sessions for a comprehensive solution to fast symptom relief as well as long-term prevention. Schedule a Jumpstart Call and we’ll help you decide the best option for your goals and budget.

  • What results can I expect?

    We can’t guarantee exactly when you’ll feel better, but most clients find at least partial symptom relief within 1-2 weeks of starting the program, and continue to progress each month, with full or significant symptom resolution around the 3-4 month mark.
